We have on-staff project managers who are LEEDS certified and help us identify and adopt practices that are less harmful to our environment. We proudly recycle roughly 80% of our sweeping debris and have recently participated in a research project in partnership with a local municipality to reduce storm water run off utilizing regenerative air sweepers.<br /> <br /> Millennium Maintenance &amp; Power Sweeping is a fully self-performing facilities maintenance and construction company specializing in power sweeping. We operate a modern fleet of sweepers including hydraulically powered PM-10 certified regenerative air sweepers, tier 4 mechanical broom sweepers, waterless sweepers and assorted specialized equipment. We have four locations: Medford, Massachusetts; Pawtucket, Rhode Island; the lakes region, New Hampshire and on June 1st, we are proud to open our Hartford, CT site. We also operate our own roll off/dumpster division.</p> <h2>Safety First</h2> <p>Millennium puts safety first. We are fully licensed and insured. We are in good standing members of the Massachusetts Safety Council, North American Power Sweeping Association, The Snow and Ice Management Association. Our fully licensed and trained operators are OSHA certified to ensure the utmost levels of safety precautions are taken at all jobs. We also employee a full time safety officer who routinely reviews our policies to ensure all safety requirements are being met.
